General Assembly Meeting will be held for the North Bank in 2/6/2012 and to discuss the final accounts for the year ended 31/12/2011 and the company’s capital increase of (175) billion to (210) billion and in accordance with Article (55 / II and III) of Companies Act and it will be shut down trading on the shares of the company as of 26/5/2012.
