The launch of trading on the shares of Elaf Islamic Bank

Referring to the Elaf Islamic Bank No. (1441) in 07.04.2013 and the annex to the General Assembly meeting held on 03.16.2013. Decided to launch trading on the Elaf Islamic Bank shares as of 22/04/2013.

Add of Increased Shares for Al-Karkh Amusement Park Company
Signing of the Shareholders’ Register Depository Agreement between the Iraqi Securities Depository Center (ICSD) and Al-Ittihad International Insurance Company (OTC Platform)
Signing of a Shareholders’ Register Depository Agreement between the Iraqi Securities Depository Center (ICSD) and Al-Maseer Insurance Company
Signing of a Shareholders’ Register Depository Agreement between the Iraqi Central Securities Depository (ICSD) and Dar Al-Thiqa Insurance Company
