Will hold a meeting of the company for the apparent public transport in 01/23/2014 to discuss the final accounts for the financial year ended 31/12/2012 and the capital increase (2) billion dinars to (2,200) billion dinars in accordance with Article (55 / I-II) and discuss Cash Dividends and elect a new board of directors. It will be the last trading session on the company’s shares at 15/01/2013.
