Will launch trading on the shares of the company listed hotel bar before the increase of their capital (1.500) billion shares as of 30/01/2014 as approved Authority held on 21.01.2014 the agenda included approval of the final accounts for the financial year ended 31/12 / 2012 and the capital increase of (1.500) billion dinars to (2.250) billion dinars in accordance with Article (55 / II) and the distribution of 50% of the remaining surplus profits to shareholders.
