On the occasion of the convening of the General Assembly meeting of the bank in 14/06/2014 to discuss the financial statements for the fiscal year ended 31/12/2013 and discuss divided profits and increase the bank’s capital from 300 billion dinars to 400 billion dinars in accordance with Article (55 / II and III).
