       Trading will launch on the shares of Al-ameen Insurance Company listed before their capital increase of (2) billion shares as of 09/06/2014.
Approved Authority held on 28/05/2014 the agenda included approval of the financial statements for the fiscal year ended 31/12/2012 and increase the company’s capital (2) billion dinars (3) billion dinars (50%) and in accordance with Article (55 / II).
