The launch of trading on the Dar es Salaam Insurance Company (before the increase)

 trading will launch on the Dar es Salaam Insurance Company listed before Brosmalha increase of (2.900) billion shares as of 01/10/2014.
The Commission acknowledged the general meeting held on 23.09.2014 agenda included approval of the final accounts for the financial year ended 31.12.2013 and the capital increase of 10% from (2,900) billion dinars to (3,190) billion dinars in accordance with Article (55 / II ).
