Capitalization has been added to the amount of shares (700,000,000) shares after the capital increase of Al Mamoura Real Estate Investment Company from (19,200,000,000) dinars to (22,780,000,000) dinars in accordance with Article (55 / II) in shareholders' depositors to the brokerage company account.
The IPO shares of (2,880,000,000) shares will be added after the opening of the accounts at the Depository Center for new subscribers.
