The listing and deposit of the shares of Al Amin Insurance Company (409,212,000) shares ended on Thursday 01/2018 after the completion of the procedures for increasing the capital from JD 3,410,100,000 to JD 3,819,312,000 according to Article (55 / II) of the Companies Law in implementation of the decision of the General Assembly held on 16/08/2017.
