The procedures of the Depository Center to add the capitalization shares amounting to (1,700,000,000) shares have been completed after increasing the capital of Baghdad Iraq Public Transport Company from (1,300,000,000) dinars to (3,000,000,000) dinars in accordance with Article (55/Second) in the account of the shareholders depositing with the brokers. Accordingly, the shares will be tradable as of the session of Wednesday, February 19, 2025.
