The procedures for the Iraqi Securities Central Depository to add the capitalization and subscription shares amounting to (75,000,000,000) shares after increasing the capital of the Iraqi Islamic Bank from (325,000,000,000) dinars to (400,000,000,000) dinars, in accordance with Articles (55/Second) and (56/Fourth) in the accounts of shareholders deposited with brokers, have been completed. Accordingly, the shares will be tradable as of the session on Thursday, July 10, 2025.
