Completion of the listing procedures for the first and second national bonds.Referring to the Iraq Stock Exchange’s books No. S.Q./1164 dated August 8, 2025, and S.Q./1165 dated May 8, 2025.

We would like to inform you that the Depository Center has completed the listing and verification procedures for the first and second national bonds, denominations (500,000) and (1,000,000), in the Depository Center’s shareholders’ system. Accordingly, the deposit of the above bonds will commence on Wednesday, August 6, 2025.
