A shareholder registration agreement was signed between the Iraqi Securities Central Depository (ICSD), represented by Ms. Kawakib Aboud Mutaylib (Deputy Director of the ICSD), and Kirkuk Construction Materials Production Company, represented by Mr. Abdul Karim Hadi Mahdi (Chairman of the Board), on Monday, November 10, 2025. This agreement is part of the company’s requirements for listing on the Over-the-Counter (OTC) platform.
