The Iraqi Securities Depository Center (ICSD), represented by Mr. Amir Sabah Saeed, Director of the ICSD, signed an agreement for the deposit and registration of the shareholders’ register with Al-Yamamah Insurance Company, represented by Ms. Hanan Ismail, the authorized manager, with a capital of 15,000,000,000 Iraqi dinars. This agreement is part of fulfilling the company’s requirements for listing on the Over-the-Counter (OTC) platform.
