An agreement for the deposit and registration of the shareholders’ register was signed between the Iraqi Securities Depository Center (ICSD), represented by Mr. Ali Jamal Ameen (Executive Director of the Iraq Stock Exchange), and Albatak Insurance Company (OTC Platform), represented by Ms. Huda Samir Hatem (Authorized Director), on Monday, May 11, 2026. The company’s capital is 5,000,000,000 Iraqi dinars.
This agreement is part of fulfilling the company’s requirements for listing on the OTC platform for unlisted companies, in accordance with applicable rules and regulations, and contributes to enhancing transparency, regulating securities ownership, and protecting shareholders’ rights.
