Listing procedures for Al-Ittihad International Insurance Company on the OTC platform—with a capital of 5,000,000,000 Dinars—have been completed in accordance with the regulations of the Securities Commission. The process of depositing shareholders’ share certificates will commence on Sunday, September 13, 2026. Trading will be launched once 5% of the capital has been deposited or 21 days have elapsed since the start of the deposit process.
