The Iraqi Securities Center Depository has completed the procedures for adding capitalization and subscription shares amounting to (49,000,000,000) shares after increasing the capital of the National Islamic Bank from (351,000,000,000) dinars to (400,000,000,000) dinars, in accordance with Article (55/First and Second) in the accounts of shareholders deposited with brokers. Accordingly, the shares will be tradable as of the session on Sunday, September 28, 2025.
