The procedures for the Depository Center to add 2,000,000,000 shares have been completed after increasing Al Ahlia Insurance Company’s capital from 7,000,000,000 dinars to 9,000,000,000 dinars, in accordance with Article (55/First), into the shareholders’ depository accounts with brokers. Accordingly, the shares will be tradable as of Monday, June 16, 2025.
