The procedures of the Centeral Depository for adding the capital shares, amounting to (390,000,000) shares, have been completed following the increase in the capital of Al-Kindi Company for the Production of Vaccines and Veterinary Medicines from (5,940,000,000) dinars to (6,330,000,000) dinars, in accordance with Article (55/Third) and deposited in the shareholders’ accounts with the brokers.
