The Iraqi Securities Central Depository has completed the procedures for adding (2,000,000,000) capital shares to the shareholders’ accounts held with brokers, following the increase in Modern Sewing Company’s capital from (2,000,000,000) Iraqi dinars to (4,000,000,000) Iraqi dinars, in accordance with Article (55/Second). Accordingly, the shares will be available for trading starting from the session of Monday, November 3, 2025.
