The depository center procedures have been completed adding the capitalization shares amounting to (155,200,000) shares after increasing the capital of the Baghdad Hotel Company from (3,844,800,000) dinars to (4,000,000,000) dinars according to Article (55/II) in the account of the shareholders deposited with the brokers.
