The procedures of the Depository Center to add Initional Public Offering shares amounting to (3,000,000,000) shares have been completed after increasing the capital of Al-Weam Financial Investment Company from (2,000,000,000) dinars to (5,000,000,000) dinars in accordance with Article (55/I) in the account of shareholders depositing with brokers. Accordingly, the shares will be tradable as of the session of Tuesday, January 14, 2025.
