General Assembly Meeting will be held of Fallujah for the production of construction materials company on 12/6/2012 to discuss the final accounts for the year ended 31/12/2011 and increase the capital of the company in accordance with the provisions of Article (55 / II and III) of the Companies Law and discussion of Cash Dividends for the year 2011.
Will be closed trading on the shares of the company as of 5/6/2012.
