General Assembly meeting will be held to Mansour Bank in 24/02/2013 to discuss the final accounts for the financial year ended 12/13/2012 and Cash Dividends and increase the company’s capital in accordance with Article (55 / I) (55 / II) and the trading will be closed the company’s shares as of 02/17/2013.
