Council decided Securities Commission decisions fourth for the year 2013 on the subject of the merger of the Financial Investment days with Al Khaimah Company for Financial Investment follows:
1- written off companies (Financial Investment days, and the tent of the Financial Investment) of the Iraqi market for securities after the completion of formalities for the merger.
2- A request by the new company, incorporated into the Iraqi market for securities in the case of desire.
