The Shareholders’ Register Depository Agreement was signed on Thursday, April 30, 2026, between the Iraqi Securities Depository Center (ICSD), represented by Mr. Amir Sabah Saeed, Director of the ICSD, and Mr. Ali Jamal Amin, Executive Director of the Iraq Stock Exchange, and the National Food Industries Company (OTC Platform), represented by Mr. Adel Mohammed Kadhim, Managing Director. The company’s capital is 15,040,055,810 Iraqi Dinars.
This agreement is part of fulfilling the company’s requirements for listing on the OTC platform for unlisted companies, in accordance with applicable rules and regulations, and contributes to enhancing transparency, regulating securities ownership, and protecting shareholders’ rights.
