An agreement (for the deposit and registration of the shareholder register) was signed between the Iraqi Securities Central Depository (ICSD), represented by Ms. Kawakib Aboud Mutaylib, Deputy Director of the ICSD, and Kurdistan International Insurance Company, represented by Mr. Ghassan Walid Ibrahim, Deputy Managing Director, on Sunday, November 2, 2025. This agreement is part of the company’s requirements for listing on the Over-the-Counter (OTC) platform.
