The launch of the trading company’s shares on the National Tourism Investment (before the increase)

Trading will be launch to the company on the National Tourism Investment listed by the increase of their capital (3,553,950,000) shares as of 27/03/2014.
General assembly meeting held on 19.03.2014 the agenda included approval of the final accounts for the financial year ended 31/3/2011 and 31/3/2012 and increase the company’s capital by 53% of the (3,553,950,000) ID to (5,437,543,500) dinars, and in accordance with Article (55 / II) and the election of a new board.
