The procedures for the Depository Center to add the capitalization shares amounting to (210,000,000) shares after increasing the capital of Al-Karmel Securities Brokerage Company from (600,000,000) dinars to (810,000,000) dinars in accordance with Article (55/Second) in the accounts of shareholders depositing with brokers have been completed. Accordingly, the shares will be tradable as of the session on Thursday, July 3, 2025.
