A Shareholders’ Register Depository Agreement was signed between the Iraqi Securities Depository Center (ICSD), represented by Mr. Amir Sabah Saeed (Director of the ICSD), and Dar Al-Thiqa Insurance Company, represented by Mr. Haider Majid (Agent for the Authorized Manager), on Monday, February 23, 2026. The company has a capital of 5,000,000,000 Iraqi dinars. This agreement is part of the company’s requirements for listing on the Over-the-Counter (OTC) platform.
