The Shareholders’ Register Depository Agreement was signed on Sunday, February 22, 2026, between the Iraqi Securities Depository Center (ICSD), represented by Mr. Amir Sabah Saeed, Director of the ICSD, and Mr. Ali Jamal Amin, Executive Director of the Iraq Stock Exchange, and Al-Maseer Insurance Company, represented by Ms. Arjwan Fadhil Hamid, Managing Director. The company’s capital is 13,000,000,000 Iraqi Dinars.
This agreement is part of fulfilling the company’s requirements for listing on the Over-the-Counter (OTC) platform, in accordance with applicable rules and regulations, and contributes to enhancing transparency, regulating securities ownership, and protecting shareholders’ rights.
