An agreement for the deposit and registration of the shareholders’ register was signed between the Iraqi Securities Depository Center (ICSD), represented by Mr. Amir Sabah Saeed, Director of the ICSD, and in the presence of Mr. Ali Jamal Amin, Executive Director of the Iraq Stock Exchange, and Al-Ittihad International Insurance Company (OTC Platform), represented by Mr. Ayad Mohammed Naji, Managing Director, on Tuesday, March 3, 2026. The company’s capital is 5,000,000,000 Iraqi dinars.
This agreement is part of fulfilling the company’s requirements for listing on the OTC platform for unlisted companies, in accordance with applicable rules and regulations, and contributes to enhancing transparency, regulating securities ownership, and protecting shareholders’ rights.
