The procedures for adding the 750,000,000 new shares of Al-Amin Insurance Company’s capital, resulting from an increase from 6,250,000,000 dinars to 7,000,000,000 dinars in accordance with Article (55/Second), have been completed at the Securities Depository Center and credited to the shareholders’ accounts held with brokers. Accordingly, the shares will be available for trading starting from the session of Sunday, May 3, 2026.
