The Iraqi Central Securities Depository has completed the listing of Shatt al-Arab Insurance Company on the OTC platform, with a capital of 20,000,000,000 dinars, in accordance with the instructions of the Securities Commission. Deposits of the company’s shareholders’ share certificates will begin on Thursday, August 7, 2025. Trading will commence after 5% of the capital is deposited, or 21 days after the deposit commences.
